Legacy Real Estate Partners

The branded sets

60 cards across three formats, sharing one chrome. They are the only cards in the registry that meet all four checks of your review, and the reason is that the mark, the agent and the broker line were laid out as part of the composition rather than added to a finished design.

The change worth looking at is the mark, and it has moved twice. Every one of these cards used to set the words "Legacy / Real Estate Partners" in the brand faces, because the header of every one of them said there was no logo file in the repo. There was one, in the media bucket, reachable only through three orphan modules the picker cannot select, so the only cards in the fleet carrying the actual mark were three nobody could get.

That fix reached for the wrong file, and you stopped it on 4 September. legacy-logo-gold-stacked.png is an old mark that is not in the brand kit and does not carry the corrected wordmark. It is off all sixty of these cards, and off every other card in the registry that drew it, eighty-two in all.

What replaced it is not another hosted file. Your rule is that the mark matches the theme of the post, and a hosted image is one fixed colour whatever colour that is, so it cannot satisfy the rule on a card whose theme is anything else. The recolorable master is written into each module and takes that card's own ink. On the tip card below the ink is black and the mark is black; on a navy card the same master comes out navy, with nothing swapped and no second file to keep in step. Where the lockup does not fit, the icon alone, in the same colour.

Set in type — until 1 Sep
The gold file — retired 4 Sep, shown here because this is what you stopped
Now — the card's own ink, 11 Sep

One thing that is your call, not mine. The typographic lockup could not fail. An image against Supabase can, and if it does the card draws no mark and nothing reports it. That is the same risk every photo card already carries, on the same bucket, so I took it, but it is a real change to how these can fail.

The square

1080 x 1080 20 cards

The feed post most agents actually use, and the format Dave asked for first. The last four are new: coming soon, price improved and under contract are the states a listing passes through, and asked-and-answered answers rather than asks, by-the-numbers holds four figures where the stat card holds one, and either-way is the only shape in the set that can hold a decision.

The Story

1080 x 1920 20 cards

Keeps 300px clear at each end, because the viewer draws its own controls over them and a broker line under those has not been published.

The portrait

1080 x 1350 20 cards

Derived from the square: same chrome, same type sizes, same caps, so one brief gives the same card in the right shape. The body is centred rather than pinned under the mark, because on a 4:5 canvas a pinned block leaves all the extra height in a dead band above the agent bar.
