Four jobs finished, two under way, and 275 of ours are at the bar

Also new on 16 September: the fourth ten neutral cards, numbered 266 to 275. A question answered on the story; one real number and what it means, on the square and on the portrait; a thank-you; a quote; a quiet note; a checklist; a question put to a buyer; a statement on a board; and a statement between rules. The two numbers are real: Michigan’s transfer tax on a sale is 0.86 per cent, and a lender must give you the final numbers three business days before closing. Four that sat high on the card (st-answered, plain-thanks, script-note, billboard) were set larger before they came to you. Three lose a drawing that was the most distinctive thing about them: book-quote’s book, billboard’s board and script-note’s serif; the old contour-question ran its last line into the agent’s name. Left out: the three versus cards, st-story, and quote-dark, which is book-quote’s material in a second design. All ten pass bar-check with their copy and at every cap, and the picker can still choose all of them.

Also new on 16 September: the third ten neutral cards, numbered 256 to 265. A question answered, a question asked and the steps after an offer, all three on the square; steps on the portrait and on the story; a statement that turns; one line of copy; a note to keep; a statement inset; and five labelled rows. One story card only, st-steps, with the agent standing beside the steps, since the tall canvas has been the thin spot. paired-rows now shows the agent at the foot, because its name was a field nothing drew. Three that sat high on the card (pt-steps, clip-note, inset-panel) were set larger before they came to you. Left out: toggle-statement and tagged-headline, built round a drawn switch and pinned chips; faq-stack, whose question-and-answer pairs the rows do not read; framed-list, five to eight items; and label-columns, which needs photographs. All ten pass bar-check with their copy and at every cap, and the picker can still choose all of them.

Also new on 16 September: the second ten neutral cards, numbered 246 to 255. A tip on the portrait and on the story, one figure as the card, a myth and its correction, a question answered in plain sight, one line on the story, a question a client asked, a checklist, three short passages, and a numeral. What moved beyond the drawing: redacted-answer now shows its answer rather than blacking it out; checklist-arrow holds four or five items rather than six; three-columns stacks its three passages, because side by side at this width each ran at a measure nobody reads; and ghost-numeral sets its numeral as the figure rather than behind the words. Five had a second pass at Brett’s review (the two story cards and three that sat high on the card), each now at a larger size. Left out: step-grid, checkbox-note, underline-tips, qa-labelled and rule-serif, which none of these arrangements holds. All ten pass bar-check with their copy and at every cap, and the picker can still choose all of them.

Also new on 16 September: the neutral job has started, the first ten numbered 236 to 245. A question put to the reader, a fact, a statement set heavy, a claim with its small print, the mistakes that cost, a checklist, a number on the cover, a tip on the square, beats on the story, and a question the agent asks. None needs a photograph, each takes a chrome no other card uses, and four with no agent field take the broker line alone. Left out on purpose: tip-card, the engine’s last resort for any post nothing else takes, where a new cap could turn the catch-all into a refusal; and the swipe decks, which this generator would collapse to one card. Two things to know: serif-checklist now holds five items rather than six (six at their longest run the heading off the card), and tall-points is the thinnest of the ten, three beats on the tall canvas; say if its old design was the better card. All ten pass bar-check with their copy and at every cap, and the picker can still choose all of them.

New on 16 September: ten photo agent cards, numbered 226 to 235, fixed in their own designs rather than rebuilt. The generator's version of these ten came out pale, so each was corrected where it stood: it keeps its layout, its colours and its type. All ten now carry the kit watermark and the recolorable mark in place of the hosted white wordmark, and each row says what bar-check found and what moved: type printed on the photograph (agent-cutout, agent-plate, expert-contact, trust-agent, speaker-hero), headlines on three lines (byline-headline, speaker-hero), long names running into the line below (agent-plate, portrait-circle, award-medallion), and a gold ring on award-medallion, which is white now. Two keep a gold accent of their own that is not a ring or the mark: the contact bar on realtor-navy and the index circle on speaker-hero. Say if those should go. Every one passes bar-check with its copy and with every field at its longest, and the picker can still choose all ten.

Also new on 15 September: the second ten agent cards, numbered 216 to 225. How the agent works (portrait), three client stories told three ways (the ending in a bordered notice, the ending beside an accent tick, the outcome first on the reversed ground), three beats in order, a recruiting band, the name on the box, the office window as a band, a client's words at display size on the story, and the services beside the agent. Left out: swipe-signed, a multi-page deck this generator would collapse to one card; team-row, which needs three people's photographs; and credentials-card, whose rows keep their value under a key the list rows do not draw. One to look at closely: service-rows sets its headline at 44px beside the agent, which is what it takes for the picker to keep choosing it, and its old design, with the name large above the photograph, may be the better card. Say which. As with the first ten, every one passes bar-check at its own canvas with its copy and at every cap, and the picker can still choose all twenty.

New on 15 September: the first ten agent cards, numbered 206 to 215 at the end of the page. The agent job is the fifth, worked a round at a time like the four before it. The ten are an offer of a coffee, when to reach the agent, taking new clients, a question answered, a weighted list, two client stories, a recruiting card, proof in rows, and how the agent works, across all three canvases (sq-story is the square, st-approach the story). Each takes a chrome no other card uses. Two of them, case-turn and st-approach, stand the agent at full height beside the words, which is your large-cutout note, so they need a background-removed picture of the agent to be at their best. Five were a drawing of an object or a layout trick (a coffee sleeve, an open sign, a timetable, two columns, ruled panels) and keep what the object was for. Left out on purpose: agent-lanyard, agent-monogram and about-columns, which you approved as send-backs in their own designs, and the testimonial cards whose name field is the client, because the agent block would print the client as the agent. All ten pass bar-check at their own canvas with their copy and with every field at its cap.

275 templates that were already in the registry, redrawn in your visual language. Not one is a new archetype and not one is a redraw of your own approved cards. They come from the shapes that still pointed at the retired gold stacked mark. Every one keeps its key, its exported function and its field names, so the picker routes to it exactly as it did before: what changed is the drawing. Two hundred and fifteen sit next to their own old selves. The other sixty have no before because the old card REFUSED this copy, and the page says what it said rather than showing you a stand-in. (Until 15 September, sixty-six sold and listing rows showed a broken before; forty-three now show the old card and twenty-three say what the old card refused.)

Your twelve fixes came down to five rules, and everything after the first fifty is built to them rather than patched to them: centre the headline on a statement or an ask, no empty band under a block, set the break on purpose, a picture is of the thing the card names, and the brokerage line is (231) 900-1099. The fix that mattered most was the one not attached to any card, that they all read as one style. The first fifty share one chrome, which is why. Every card built since takes a chrome of its own: the mark moves, the edge changes, the watermark comes and goes, and the agent block takes five different forms. No two cards on this page share one combination, and each row says which it took.

Four jobs are finished, worked a job at a time as you asked. Events is all thirty-seven, holiday all thirty-four, sold all thirty-three and listing all fifty-nine, which is the largest of the four. Agent now stands at thirty-three of sixty-eight and the neutral shapes at thirty-five of three hundred and seventy-nine; those are what is left.

The listing round needed one new composition and it is the only one added so far. Seven of these carry a photograph AND a price, which is the commonest real estate card there is, and the vocabulary had no arrangement for it: the price had to go in the small line at the foot beside the address, which is where a fact goes that nobody is meant to read first. Both halves of the new one are yours, tip-photo with market-stat's figure under the shot. Ten more of these cards used to be a drawing of an object, a feather flag, a garage door, a blueprint, a yard sign; each keeps what its object was FOR and loses the object.

The asking price is not the sold price, and this round would be the easy place to confuse the two. Your doctrine forbids publishing what a house SOLD for. What a house is ASKING is the listing itself, it is public in the MLS, and twenty-two of these forty-eight lead with it. No listing card carries a money refusal and none should.
