Filling the gaps, 30 September 2026
CLOSED UNREVIEWED, 1 October 2026. Dave ruled on 9/30, after a side-by-side of the Canva original, a kit and a Canva swap on the same real listing: templates get rebuilt exactly in our own code and scored against the original, Canva is the source we copy from and never the renderer, and these were invented designs. The cards are retired, not rejected and not deleted: every row is still there and the kits they came from are kept as the fallback. Nothing here needs looking at.
What this is
25 cards · 25 post kinds · twenty of them had exactly one card before todayThe round before this one asked what a good card looks like. This one asks what the
library cannot do yet. Every post kind here was down to one or two templates, so the picker
had no real choice: backonmarket, credit, downpayment,
homevalue, movingday, multipleoffers,
negotiation, neighborsold, offseason,
openhousecalendar, referral, schools,
soldwall, viewing, waterfront, holiday,
firsthome, listingannotated, development,
inspection, thisorthat, newbuild, rates,
paymentbreakdown and weekahead.
Every measurable rule: 25 of 25. The mark is never at the bottom, none of them
touches the two faces he named, each carries a watermark in its own type colour at four per
cent, and the agent’s name is not printed twice on any of them. Each one records its
Canva id in from.canva with a note saying what was taken and what was changed.
Two were rebuilt before they got here. At the stricter setting the sameness check
put paymentbreakdown at 0.91 against rates, two dark cards each
with a chart and a four-row legend, which is the one-card-in-different-colours problem
exactly. It is now a light card with a two-by-two legend. schools was 0.90
against multipleoffers because two dark flats read as one ground, so its slate
became a band at the top of a cream page.
Where they are weakest. The brand bucket holds four photographs and
none of them is an aerial, so only five of these stand on a photograph and
waterfront is using the nearest water shot we own. More photographs is the
thing that would lift this round most. Nothing here is in the picker yet. →

What this is
25 cards · every one from a design in Dave’s own Canva exportThe first round built to the standing rules from the start rather than corrected
afterwards. Every card records its Canva id in from.canva, because a kit with no
source is a kit nobody will recognise.
Against the rules that can be measured: 25 of 25 on all three. The mark is never at the bottom and no two share a position, none of them touches the two faces he named, every one carries a watermark in its own type colour at four per cent, the phone appears only in the compliance footer, and all 25 dress their footer differently rather than running the same line.
They draw on 23 different faces, against the six the library had a week ago: typewriter, antique press, wood type, chalk, marker, pencil, script, engraved caps, Bodoni, Caslon, Cormorant and the rest. All of them come from styles Dave has already approved.
Still his to settle. The agent’s name appears on the card and in the footer on two of these, which is the ruling that has been open since his Thursday row. And nothing here is in the picker’s rotation yet, on purpose. →

11 cards · rebuilt against Dave's own notesDave's observer landed 103 preferences and eleven standing rules on 29 September. These are the eleven cards he wrote the most about, rebuilt against his words rather than against a general idea of better.
R03, real font options. The tool knew six faces and two of them were the two he named. Twenty-two more were already in the repository from the twenty styles he approved, so the palette is 28 now, and brick-sign is lit in the face his own Neon style uses.
The rest. outline-poster is a one-sheet, route-dots ends in a kite, notice-arcs lost both scope circles, highlight-pov lost everything below the tiles, blueprint-sheet has a centred logo and a schedule. Ten lost the repeated phone, five gained a watermark, seven had the logo moved to seven different places.
Two things to settle. None of these is in the picker's rotation yet, on purpose. And the agent's name is still on the card and in the footer, because the rule says never twice and the older question said keep the name and drop the phone. →

What this is
Round 2 · the first 10 kits in Dave's pile · nothing in his pile changedBrett on round one: route-dots and the blueprint want "a rectangle ... above the legacy logo", circles are allowed but "they dont all have to be circles", and the farmers market card "doesnt need a photo ... there is already so much going on". Those are now the tool's rules: a rectangle stacked on the Legacy mark, lined up with its edge (or centred under a centred mark) comes first; a circle beside the agent's line only where that does not fit; and a card with six or more separate things gets no face.
On these ten: 5 rectangles on the mark, 4 circles beside the agent's line, and the Flap left alone (Dave ruled no photo on it). One moved something: congrats-banner's signature slid right 108px to make room. Round one is retired, not deleted.
The kits in the For Dave block are the originals and are untouched. →

What this is
13 finished posts · three voices · 25 September 2026Each tile is the WHOLE post as it would appear in a feed: the page name, the caption, the card and the action bar. Terry five, Dave five, the brokerage three. The counts are not a choice, they are what each profile asks for: Terry and Dave both say near-daily, which Dave's own ruling of 12 August fixes at five a week, and the brokerage says a few times a week.
The nineteen posts that were here before have been retired, verdicts kept, and remade. They were written to the house doctrine alone while the nineteen voice profiles sat unread: Terry was signed as a buyer agent when he is primarily a listing agent, and every one of Dave's was set in Muskegon when his patch is Grand Rapids and Kent County. The patch, the phone, the role, the sign-off and the count all now come off the profile.
What could be made mechanical was: voice-check.mjs reads each profile and
refuses a post that breaks that agent's own stated rules, so a week cannot be pushed past it
by accident. It blocks Terry's transaction counts and his days-on-market reads, because his
profile blocks both, and it checks the number on the card against the number in the profile.
All thirteen pass. Four were refused by their templates for length and the copy was shortened
rather than the card enlarged.
One thing to settle. Dave's cards carry (616) 935-6511, which is what his profile says. Brett gave (231) 855-5002 yesterday. One of the two is wrong and the profile is the thing that needs editing if it is the profile. →

What this is
For DaveThe rounds Brett has finished with. They leave the current-round block and land here, so the front page is only ever the round being worked on, and nothing already sent is sitting there to be reviewed twice. Dave's verdicts are his own: nothing Brett marked travels with them, which is what makes the two opinions worth comparing.

60 cards · 59 notes · the record, not a to-doThe pile Dave worked through in September. It stopped receiving on 30 September when the live pile moved to a clean sheet for the new templates, so nothing new lands here and every card and note he left stays where it was. These notes are what became the eleven standing rules the observer holds.

Do it yourselfDrag a box where the Legacy logo, the agent's photo or a photograph should go on a card, and the tool records it in the card's own pixels. 187 still have no logo and 138 no agent photo, and they are the ones where an automatic pass could not find room. Boxes save to the database as you draw them, so there is nothing to download and nothing to hand over.
